Provides assistance with the following services: food vouchers, weatherization programs, mortgage payment assistance, rent payment assistance, transitional housing/shelter, utility service payment assistance, prescription expense assistance.

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 4:30pm

Call for an appointment or pick up an application at the physical location.

Eligibility:

Must be a Columbia County resident with a documented emergency.
Household income based on family size cannot exceed 125% of the federal poverty guideline.
For Low Income Home Energy assistance cannot exceed 150% of the federal poverty guideline.
For the Energy Neighbor Fund clients must be a Duke Energy customer, Clay Electric or FPL.
Weatherization assistance cannot exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline based on family size (Eligibility are renters, home owners, site builder, and eligible mobile homes).
