Description:

This program provide nutrition education and food vouchers for pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children younger than age five who cannot afford an adequate diet and have a condition which shows a need for better nutrition.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 7:00am to 5:00pm

Before visiting a WIC office, verify office and walk-in times; subject to change

English and other languages

Eligibility:

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and/or with infants and children (infant to five years of age)

Income eligible according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines for current year or other individuals in the household
currently receiving Medicaid, SNAP or TANF

For WIC certification:
Photo ID, baby's crib card, shot record, SS for all household members, proof of income, if not receiving Medicaid, TANF, SNAP, pay stubs and proof of address (utility bill or lease)
Proof of income (if not on Medicaid, TANF, and/or SNAP)
Proof of current address (driver's license, utility bill)
WIC /EBT card (if currently participating in WIC)
