Description
An organization that provides emergency food products through donations, canned food drives, food bank programs or direct purchase and distribute the food to people who are in emergency situations. The food items are mostly dry goods, produce, and some meat.

Required Documents
The client is advised of the documents on the call to schedule the appointment and is called prior to the appointment to review the documents needed. Required Documents: Picture ID for all adults in household, Birth certificates for all children, Verification of all household income (wages, AFDC, Social Security benefits, SSI or SSDI, unemployment benefits, child support, etc.), Proof of residency (lease or deed), Verification of all household expenses (utilities bill, car note, medication receipts, etc.), Food Stamp benefit statement, if applicable. If living with family/friends and not on the lease, they must present a letter from the person on the lease stating they allow them to live there (include the address) and bring the lease with their name on it.
