Description:
A center that offers a stable environment for homeless men, women and children to live. Case management is offered for every resident to develop a plan to meet their needs. Other services offered include life skills classes, education programs, model children's program and three healthy meals a day.
Hours:
24 hours a day, seven days a week
Intake Process:
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; all recommended CDC safety protocols.
Clients are to call for assistance which is first come, first served.
Proof of residency is required for assistance.

Eligibility:
Assistance provided to residents of Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns or Baker Counties for at least six months prior to entering the shelter.
