They provide general library services without charge to all residents of Putnam County. They offer the loan of books, magazines, audio books, videos and DVDs, newspapers and magazines, many different programs for children, young adults and adults by library staff; This is the Putnam County Headquarters Library.

Mon - 9:00am to 6:00pm
Tue - 9:00am to 9:00pm
Wed - 9:00am to 6:00pm
Thu - 9:00am to 9:00pm
Fri - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sat - 9:00am to 1:00pm

Intake Process:

To obtain a library card:
Photo ID or other identifying documents (utility bill, lease, drivers license) reflecting current address

Program Fees:

None for in-county residents
Yearly fee for out-of-county residents; call for information
