They are the lead advocate for the rights and needs of people with epilepsy and seizure disorders with services to individuals and their families regardless of their financial situation. They provide prevention, education services and presentations with special emphasis on health and social service agencies and providers.

Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Based on sliding fee scale for medical services
No fee for case management and education programs

Languages:

English; other language interpreter services available upon request

Eligibility:

Individuals with epilepsy or are suspected or being tested for the illness. Individuals with epilepsy can receive CAD management services or have P and E program
