Description:

Provides residential group therapy programs for at-risk males ages six to 17, who have experienced emotional distress from abuse or neglect. Services include a mental health treatment service and a young professionals program to help children aging out of foster care to obtain employment. Therapeutic group homes services are provided to boys ages six to 17.
Pre-independent group homes programs are provided to boys ages 14 to 17.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-05:00 pm.

Requires a referral from a school or other social service provider.

English.

Eligibility:

Assistance provided to adolescents and children age 17 or younger who suffer from abuse or neglect, and reside in St. Johns County.
