Description:

Provides two programs to assist individuals experiencing homelessness and individuals experiencing homelessness with mental health and substance abuse issues. The Quest Program is designed to assist individuals who are homeless with an assessment to help find eligible housing programs. The LINK Program provides mental health, substance abuse, diagnostic, crisis intervention, rehabilitation and housing services to individuals who have a serious mental illness and are experiencing homelessness.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 7:30am to 6:00pm

Intake Process:

Call for an appointment.
Walk-in for initial intake and screening assessment.

Program Fees:

None for most services; call for information

Languages:

English and other language interpreter services.
