Description:
Provides medical outreach and treatment to individuals experiencing homelessness. The clinical staff operates five van's that provide health and psychiatric services in addition to distributing clothing, blankets, food, water and basic hygiene items. The three additional teams were recently added in partnership with the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of Jacksonville and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mon-Fri - 8:30am to Noon and 1:00pm-5:00pm
