Provides children who are deaf or hard of hearing with the listening, learning and spoken language skills that they need. Services include early intervention for children from birth to age three, including cochlear implants and hearing aids, preschool and kindergarten programs, elementary school and primary programs, middle school programs, summer programs, itinerant teacher services, consulting services for schools, transitional planning to assist with moving into the mainstream, and comprehensive educational evaluations.
