Intake Process:
Call for an appointment during open hours. Any calls received after noon may leave a message to request a return call the following morning.

Serves residents of 32211, 32225, 32277, and limited parts of 32216 and 32246.
Photo ID required for assistance. Proof of residence required: current JEA bill and current lease. Clients seeking financial assistance must have lived in their eligible residence for a minimum of one year. No assistance available for current HUD recipients. Client may receive assistance once in a lifetime.
