Assesses and treats children, adolescents, and young adults ages 25 and under experiencing a behavioral health crisis in Nassau County. Provides on-demand crisis intervention services to stabilize individuals wherever the crisis is occurring. Mobile response team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Crisis Line available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Intake Process:
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; telehealth and screening in the building.
Clients are to call for an appointment but walk-ins are permitted.
Clients are required to wear masks for walk-in appointments.
