Description:

Provides behavioral health and substance abuse counseling to children, teens, and adults in the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia area. Services include care coordination and case management, comprehensive assessments, family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, drop in centers, mental health court, drug court, an intervention program to assist with first time offense DUIs or misdemeanor drug charges, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Crisis Line available 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; telehealth and screening in the building.
Clients are to call for an appointment but walk-ins are permitted.
Clients are required to wear masks for walk-in appointments.
