Description:

Provides children living in Duval County between the ages of six months and 14 years old with toys during the holiday season. Item availability is dependent upon donations. Families can apply for assistance on the website through December 2, 2023. Families may only apply for holiday assistance through one local organization.

Website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Intake Process:

Applications will be accepted online through December 2, 2023
Families will need to provide a copy of the parents/guardian's ID and child/children's birth certificate.
Documents will need to be uploaded when submitting your application. Applications submitted without all required documents will be removed from our system and denied.
Email or call for assistance with documentation or applications.
Applicants will receive an email with approval status within 24 - 72 hours of submission.
Appointments for toy pick will be made via email. It is important that the email provided is one that applicants have reliable access to.
