In order to ensure safety, NO WALK-INS ARE ACCEPTED - all parties must undergo an orientation session before services can begin.
Referrals can be made from website homepage or a call to the office for an appointment and location assignment

Eligibility:

Either parent or children reside in Duval, Clay or Nassau counties. Occasionally, cases will be opened when neither party lives in the area if it serves as a halfway point
