Description:

Provides diabetes education programs for children and families with Type One insulin dependent diabetes and management of diabetes in children. Offers both a weekend program and a residential summer program that provides financial aid for all events.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call for registration information or get a referral from physician.

Program Fees:

Varies; an income sliding scale and financial aid available for those who qualify.

Languages:

English.

Eligibility:

Children age five through 18 years old with Type One Insulin dependent diabetes.
