This is a no-cost education and career technical training program administered by the United States Department of Labor that helps young people ages 16 through 24 improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Eligibility:

Legal US resident
16 - 24 years old
Meets low-income criteria
Needs additional technical training, education, counseling or related assistance to complete schoolwork or to find a job
Has signed consent from a parent or guardian if he or she is a minor
Has a child care plan if he or she is the parent of a dependent child
Does not exhibit behavioral problems that could keep him or her or others from experiencing Job
Corps full benefits
No use of illegal drugs
Does not require any face-to-face court or institutional supervision or court-imposed fines while in enrolled in Job Corps
The maximum age limit may be waived if the applicant is a person with a documented disability
