Once A Soldier is an organization that provides anxiety disorders screening, burial and cremation expense assistance to the families of Veteran suicide.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; all recommended CDC safety protocols.
Must call to schedule an appointment.
Must have served in the United States Armed Forces or Reserves Forces.

None.

Assistance provided to Veterans, active military members, reservist and their family members.
