Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministries (BEAM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing critical support to individuals and families in the Beaches community of Jacksonville, Florida. We offer emergency financial assistance, food, and case management services to help people facing crisis and work toward long-term self sufficiency. BEAM is committed to alleviating hunger and homelessness while empowering our neighbors to regain stability and independence.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm

Intake Process:

Call, walk-in, online requests for appointments, emergency assistance and new referrals visit www.jaxbeam.org

Pantry visits by appointment only

Proof of residence and/or proof of employment

Eligibility:

Rental, rental deposit, utility assistance for members living in the following zip codes (service area): 32233, 32266, 32227, 32250, 32224, 32082; members are eligible for one or the other in a 12 month period; some exceptions may apply depending on utility request.

Single Parent programs serves single mothers
