Provides both a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and an outpatient mental and behavioral center. Offers Gender Specific IOP Program, Co-Ed IOP Program, Individual Counseling Sessions, Court Evaluations, DUI Evaluations, couples counseling, family counseling, drug and alcohol evaluation, Professional Continuing care groups, EMDR, and mental health evaluation.

Hours:

Jacksonville Beach Location: Monday-Thursday: 09:00 am-07:00 pm, Friday: 09:00 am-02:00 pm.
Baymeadows Location: Monday-Thursday 09:00 am-05:00 pm and Friday: 09:00 am-02:00 pm.

Contact by phone to make an appointment. In-person and virtual options are available.

Program Fees:

Fixed assessment fee varies by service but generally ranges from $50-$150. Accepts most major insurance plans.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Serves Clay and St. Johns counties, as well as Downtown Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, and Southside.
