The JFRD CORE Program helps people who are struggling with opioid use by giving them support and care. They offer rides to the doctor or pharmacy, help with getting medicine, and check in to make sure people are doing okay. The team is kind and respectful, and they help connect people to doctors, dentists, and other services they might need. Their goal is to help people feel better and live healthier, happier lives.
Hours:
Sun - Sat 10:00am to 07:00pm
