Eligibility
Assistance provided to individuals age 18-59 who are disabled and meet income criteria. Assistance provided to individuals age 60 and over who are home-bound, living alone or with a family member who is unable to prepare meals.
Fees
Depends on individual circumstances; sliding scale available to no cost to full cost.
