Description:
Provides services to foster independent living for individuals with disabilities, including advocacy, information and referral services, independent living skills, peer support, and transition assistance. Additional services include ADA paratransit screenings, employment services and solutions, sign language interpreting, the High School High Tech Program, durable medical equipment closet- which provides wheelchairs, walker, canes, crutches, scooters and sliding boards, ramp construction projects, travel training, disability awareness training, accessibility studies, and emergency preparedness.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-05:00 pm.

None.
Languages:
English and Sign Language interpreter services.
Eligibility:
Serves individuals with developmental disabilities.
