Mentoring involves a formalized, voluntary relationship between the mentor and one or more individuals which encompasses interpersonal support, guidance, mutual exchange, sharing of wisdom, coaching and role modeling; and yields benefits to all parties in the areas of personal growth, career development, lifestyle enhancement, spiritual fulfillment, goal achievement and other areas mutually designated by mentors and their partners.
