Description:

They provide outpatient behavioral and mental health services for children (infant to adolescents) and their families. They specialize in a variety of areas such as: anxiety, depression, grief, issues arising from abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and suicidal thoughts. The Westside Office of Child Guidance Center offers a variety of services, including outpatient therapy, intensive in-home support through the Community Action Team (CAT), and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and families. These services are designed to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs, and are available to individuals up to age 25. The office serves the general population, particularly those in the Westside area of Jacksonville.

Hours:

Mon-Thu - 7:30am to 7:00pm Fri - 7:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Process:

Intake is done by phone, parent orientation and evaluation appointment with weekly sessions
