Description:
Provides services for survivors of domestic violence in Putnam County. Services include emergency shelter in a confidential location, crisis hotline, legal advocacy, children's programming, education and training, community awareness and intervention, and violence prevention education and services. Outreach program services and advocates are available by appointment or walk-in. Secondary services include individual counseling and support groups, injunction assistance, assistance with victim's compensation through Attorney General's Office, legal referrals, community information and referral, limited financial assistance, children's advocacy, and criminal justice advocacy. Helpline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
