Description:
Provides limited financial assistance with rent payments and rental deposit payments for residents of St. Johns County who are facing a hardship as a result of Covid-19, and who can provide documentation supporting the claim of hardship. Limited financial assistance is also available for utilities up to $100. Water service assistance is only available to individuals who receive water service through the City of St. Augustine. Individuals in need of food can visit the on-site food pantry on Monday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Mon-Fri - 9:00am to 3:00pm
Intake Process:
Clients must call first for financial and food assistance.
Client intake for food assistance done on the phone; pre-made packages provided to clients.
Financial assistance provided remotely; client documents are to be uploaded for assistance.

None
Languages:
English and other language interpreter services available upon request.
Eligibility:
Assistance provided to the general public.
Priority given to families with children, seniors age 60 and over, and individuals with disabilities.
