Eligibility:
Veterans who have served in the active military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard)
Either homeless or living in temporary shelter or be in imminent loss of housing through eviction or foreclosure (documentation of eviction or foreclosure is required)
At risk of homelessness and has insufficient resources immediately available to attain housing stability or in residence of another because of economic hardship
DD-214 or VA Medical ID card required
Character of discharge must be verified to determine eligibility
