Description:

Provides financial assistance with rental deposits, rental payments, and utility payments, temporary financial assistance, and case management to low-income Veterans and their families families. Assists Veterans transitioning from temporary to permanent housing.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 4:30pm

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; everyone required to wear a mask.
Clients must call for an appointment.
Households must meet strict minimum eligibility to quality for prevention funds.
Changing Homelessness has a point system.
For rent assistance, must have a lease and an eviction notice.
For utilities assistance must have current bill.
