Description:
Provides education, support, and advocacy for individuals with mental health conditions, their families, and their caregivers. Services include Family-to-Family Education Program, which gives insight to the impact that mental health conditions can have on families, as well as a Peer-to-Peer Education Program, in which individuals in recovery provide guidance based on self-lived experience. Also offered are in-person and virtual mental health support groups, a toll-free helpline, and awareness events and walks. Call or visit the website for dates and times of virtual and in-person support groups.
Hours:
Helpline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Call or visit website. Warm transfer available, or direct referral for follow up call within 1-2 business days.
