Description:

Provides services to women veterans and their children, including advocacy, community outreach, basic needs, and specialized programs to improve their lives and lifestyles. Programs include Operation HandUP, which provides non-perishable food, personal hygiene items, support services, and case management for homeless women veterans; HerTOTALWellness, which addresses the holistic needs of women veterans through virtual workshops; and HerBIZ, which educates women veterans to be self-sufficient through business ownership. Other services include emergency shelter, emergency financial assistance, clothing, bus passes, and access to a computer lab. All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within limits of available funding.

Hours:

Tue and Thu - 8:00am to 2:00pm

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect- no walk-ins, call for an appointment. Social distancing in practice.

A case manager will call to schedule an appointment within 48 hours.
