Description:
Provides a variety of free mental health support from Peer Support Specialists, including assistance for friends and family members who are concerned for the safety of a loved one who may be at-risk for suicide.
Also offers:
Teen programming: individuals ages 13-17 experiencing a mental health crisis and actively seeking assistance.
Military and first responder peer support program: provides counseling and mental health support for police and law enforcement, firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics, and emergency dispatch personnel.
Melanin Minds black community support group.
Mental Health Hydration weekly support group.
Hours:
Adult program: Monday-Friday: 08:00am-08:00pm, 10:00am-06:00pm Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Teen program: Monday-Friday 11:30am-08:00pm.
Teen support group: Every other Tuesday: 05:30pm - 06:30pm every other week and is only available in person (Link: teens@heretomorrow.org).
Military and first responders group: Tuesday and Wednesday: 02:00pm-03:00pm
Black community group: Last Tuesday of each month: 05:30pm-06:30pm.
Mental hydration: Monday and Thursday: 5:30pm-6:30pm
Intake Process:
Direct Referrals or warm transfers. Support is available in-person, over the phone, or by video chat, requires no appointment (appointments are available for those that would prefer to make an appointment), and includes optional follow-up appointments for up to a year after enrollment.
