Information can be found on the website, or on the downloadable app, for Active Shooter Response, Beach & Ocean Safety, Boil Water Advisory, Contacting 911, Cyberattacks, Extreme Heat, Fires, Flooding, Hazardous Materials, Health Threats, Hurricanes, Mental Health Resources, Mosquito-Borne Disease, Power Outages, Recovering from a Disaster, Shelter in Place, Terrorism, Thunderstorms & Lightning, Tornadoes, and Winter Weather. Also available are links to look up your evacuation zone, register for AlertJax notifications, and register for special medical needs assistance. Text "ALERTJAX" to 888-777 to receive emergency updates for Duval County.
