Provides The Vet Care Handbook, a free guide for veterans, service members & their families which addresses the unique issues faced by military caregivers, as well as the Health Benefits Navigator, which educates caregivers and care recipients on benefits provided through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD), provides an understanding of how to apply and enroll in VA Healthcare, and identifies how to get help from representatives who have experience and knowledge of the VA!s process for awarding benefits.
