Description:
Provides transitional housing services for low-income male Veterans experiencing homelessness, with the goal of transitioning to permanent housing and independent living within 24 months. Residents are required to participate in case-management and life-skills classes, complete a mental-health assessment and engage in mental-health counseling as indicated, complete a health assessment with the nurse, and maintain sobriety and participate in substance-abuse education classes and support groups, as required.
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Intake Process:
Referral for consideration is provided by Changing Homelessness and Veteran Affairs Community Resource and Referral Center.

Eligibility:
Must be a Veteran.
