Provides outpatient behavioral and mental health services for children (infant to adolescents) and their families. Specializations include anxiety, depression, grief, issues arising from abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and suicidal thoughts.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 07:30 am-07:00 pm, Friday: 07:30 am-05:00 pm.
Intake Process:
Initial intake is done by phone, followed by in-person parent orientation and an evaluation appointment.
Program Fees:
Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid. A sliding scale is available.
Languages:
English and Spanish.
Eligibility:
Serves residents of Duval County age four through high school graduation.
