Description:
Provides limited financial assistance with rent payments and rental deposit payments. Limited financial assistance is also available for utilities up to $100, including water service payment assistance for City of St. Augustine water system clients. Operates a twice-monthly food pantry.
Hours:
Main Office: Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-3:00 pm.
Food Pantry: Monday, Wednesday: 10:00 am-03:00 pm.
Intake Process:
For financial assistance: Call to begin intake. Service is generally fully remote, with any required documents being uploaded online and approved payments dispersed directly to utility providers.
For food pantry: Must call to make an appointment.
Program Fees:
None.
Languages:
English and other language interpreter services available upon request.
Eligibility:
Serves residents of Saint Johns County. Priority given to seniors age 60 or older and households with at least one minor child or individual with a disability.
