Description:
Provides mental health counseling, substance use disorder counseling, medication assisted treatment services. Intensive family services include parent education and support for parenting techniques, family preservation services to keep children in their homes, family reunification, case management support, and in-person crisis intervention. Outpatient counseling and treatment, onsite service in some schools, and walk-in services available at select locations.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.
Intake Process:
Call or walk in for service. Walk-ins accepted Monday-Friday: 08:30 am-02:30 pm.
Program Fees:
Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. An income-based sliding scale is available.
Languages:
English; other language translators available on limited basis.
Eligibility:
Serves Clay County residents. Photo ID with current address and proof of income (if uninsured) or insurance information (if insured) required.
