Description:

Provides services that utilize case management approach to assist homeless veterans access a variety of local support services. Also provides employment and training services to veterans attempting to re-enter the labor force.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00am-04:00pm.

Intake Process:

Call for an appointment or walk-in during hours listed above.

None.

Languages:

English.

Eligibility:

Veterans who have served in the active military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard) and reside in Duval County.
Must be either homeless or living in temporary shelter or be at imminent risk of loss of housing through eviction or foreclosure (documentation of eviction or foreclosure is required) and have insufficient resources to maintain housing stability.
DD-214 or VA Medical ID card required (character of discharge must be verified to determine eligibility).
