Description:

Provides education, support, and advocacy for individuals with mental health conditions, their families, and their caregivers. Services include Family-to-Family Education Program, which gives insight to the impact that mental health conditions can have on families, as well as a Peer-to-Peer Education Program, in which individuals in recovery provide guidance based on self-lived experience. Also offered are in-person and virtual mental health support groups for individuals 18 and older as well as teens families, a toll-free helpline, and awareness events and walks. NAMI Jax Warmline primarily for family/third-party callers -- warm transfers to NAMI Jax Warmline available 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. If no answer via phone, leave a voicemail. Specialists can also email (Helpline@namijax.org) to connect a caller to NAMI team.
