Description:

Provides free mental health support from Peer Support Specialists to individuals age 18 and over experiencing a mental health crisis and actively seeking assistance. Services are also offered to friends and family members who are concerned for the safety of a loved one who may be at-risk for suicide. Programs offered include a First Responder Peer Support program, which provides counseling and mental health support for police and law enforcement, firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics, and emergency dispatch personnel. Support is available in-person, over the phone, or by video chat, requires no appointment, and includes optional follow-up appointments for up to a year after enrollment. No cost weekly mental health support groups meet in-person only on Monday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Walk The Line Veteran and First Responders groups meet in-person or virtually on Saturday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Each Of Us LGBTQ+ group meets in-person or virtually on Friday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Sat-Sun - 10:00am to 6:00pm

Walk-ins welcome. Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling or texting the main line.
